Please call BlackHookBigGameWholesaleTackle.com at 1-954-653-4930 Monday through Saturday, 7:30 am to 6 pm EST to obtain your return authorization (RA) code.
When you have obtained an RA code please complete this form and include it with your return and a copy of your receipt. Please write your RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
PLEASE, DO NOT WIRE ON THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCT PACKAGING! PLEASE, DO NOT USE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING CONTAINER!

• If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service department within 21 days of receipt for a return authorization.
• Please no returns without a return authorization code (available from BlackHook Tackle Customer Service - 1-954-653-4930)
• Items returned 22 or more days after original order delivery may not be accepted for return. Some returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Contact BlackHook for more information.
• Customers are responsible for the return of their product and will incur an additional shipping charge for an exchange.
• Non-defective items/products that have been used will not be accepted for return.
• Undamaged, non-defective items returned outside their original, sealed packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Custom orders and all non-stock specialty items including drop-shipped items will incur a restocking fee, or may not be accepted for return.
• Non-defective books and videos will not be accepted for return.
