Shipping and Delivery
Shipping - Continental U.S. BLACK HOOK reserves the right to utilize any FedEx service necessary to meet our delivery commitment. Note: Please assume a minimum processing time (from time of placement until order ships out) of 72 business hours (Monday-Friday). For example: If an order is placed on Monday, using Standard Delivery and assuming the item(s) are in-stock, it may not be processed and shipped until Thursday at which time you must allow 3-6 business days for delivery.

Return & Exchange Instructions
Please call Black Hook at 1-877-567-7637 Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm EST to obtain your return authorization (RA) code.
When you have obtained an RA code please complete this form and include it with your return and a copy of your receipt. Please write your RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
